The soup and salad alone were a great experience. The clam chowder was excellent as was the salad and dressing. After them, I did not care if the entree ever came. It did and was another treat. The Seafood platter was wonderful. The scallops were tasty and excellent as were the large shrimp and more. My wife and daughter were greatly pleased, enjoying every bite. While there was only one server while we were there, the service was still excellant. And the price was much less than expected. I am looking forward to returning to Chicago (from our home in Houston, TX) and enjoying another great meal at Higgley's.

Excellent food, nice service, and very affordable don't miss this restaurant. The place opens really early.
