I had ordered 10 pizzas at 10:30 in the morning to be picked up at 2:30 (party was to start at 3). When I got there none of them were done or in the process of being made. I was offered no discount and had 30 people waiting at my house for food. After the party I had called and was told they were sorry but didn't offer anything for this so I explained that I understood they were rearranging their kitchen but I've worked in food service and it wasn't right so I asked about a free pizza. She said okay she'd send out a coupon a month later I still haven't received a coupon. I'm very disappointed and will never go back
