  For a Texan to find a place that feels like home twelve hundred miles away is amazing. Everyone says hello, the breakfast is spectacular, and you won't find a better cup of coffee. From breakfast early in the morning to a baked potato in the evening - there's no better place in Lansing.

  No Smoking got our attention and we were very pleased! Food was great, just don't eat for 6 hurs before you go in. Sevings are huge and waitress was more than happy to keep our coffee cups full. Fish was great! We could not eat the dessert that was offered!

  When you see the tech trucks lined up in the parking lot, you know you've found a great place to eat. Whether it's for coffee and a piece of pie, sandwiches, burgers, soups, salads, full meals...it's all good. Greek specialties create the cravings for more. This is comfort. The food, the service, the atmosphere...This dependable restaurant stands as a testament in the face of ever changing restaurants that try so hard to be something their not, offering overpriced, mediocre food dressed up like an anorexic fashion model, to people that are desperate to be something their not. Spuds is an oasis that offers good food, excellent service, comfort for all diners, including smokers, a great cup of coffee and soups that someone's grandmother would be proud of.
