We had a wonderful lunch at Logan in May. The sommelier gave us great wine advice without being pretentious. So, we looked forward to celebrating our anniversary at Logan over a romantic dinner. What a disappointment. The maitre d' told us on the phone and when we arrived that we would be taken care of. We made a reservation for a Saturday at 8 p.m. Our waitress seemed to be responsible for diners on the terrace as well as inside (where we were). We hardly saw her. We waited an hour for our salads. When my husband ordered an additional glass of wine toward the end of his entree, the waitress said, "Ok," but it never came; instead, we saw her setting empty tables. She never even offered dessert. When she finally stopped by our table again, we cancelled the wine request and asked for the bill. The portions are quite tiny, but the quality of the food is quite good. It is not worth the money, however, because the service is so poor. We will go back to West End next time we celebrate something special. Boo hoo. We really thought we had found a good place. What a disappointment.
" The food was relatively bland and lacked complexity, not to mention it was all severely over-priced... "
