    Back to the gold rush days...

    For the personality of the place alone I give it 5 stars. The place looks just like you stepped back into history; just the way you'd expect an old Alaskan tavern to look. George's Homestead has new businesses springing up all over the area of the city it sits in, yet the old cabin cabin remains ever the same - - - rustic, overly casual, truly Alaskan.
