Just thought I'd drop a line in response to this sdmiller comment. I have personally been going to that hungry howies for some time and can honestly say the manager that is there now and has been there for the last 3 years is one of the best. He is always friendly to me and has a kind word and a smile. And that is extremely hard to come by now these days.
The most memorable instance I can remember is when I witnessed him let a mother with three screaming kids take her order and come back later too pay as she had forgot her money. Who does that?? When I asked him how she could be trusted he said simply, for 15 dollars if she doesnt come back i'm out 15 dollars. If she does come back I'll have a customer for life. Besides it was the right thing to do in her situation with the screming kids and all. That's enough for me. He will have my business as long as he is there.

I have been visiting this Hungry Howies for over 8 years and have only had one time where the food was late. No restuarant is perfect but, this one comes close! There food is reliably on time 99.9% of the time and always the best of quality!

The description by Shannon Miller is frankly a poorly judged matter of opinion and should defenitly be overlooked!

Hungry Howies Pizza on Romeo Plank has The BEST pizza.

??"shannon miller"?? everyone knows specially after just one visit there number one, there sososo clean and the food is served HOT and delicious so what are you talking about? maybe you had mis-understood the situation or simply lost your temper...

chill OUT.

I SUGGEST EVERYONE TRYS THIS HUNGRY HOWIES ON 23 AND ROMEO PLANK. THEY ARE THE BEST!

Worst Customer Service Ever written by sdmiller

I have been a regular customer of this particular store for well over a year now, ordering at least a couple times/month, sometimes once/week. A few weeks ago I placed an order for delivery in the evening and when the order did not arrive after 45 minutes (which was the time max given to me by the Hungry Howie employee when taking the order), I called the store and spoke with the Manager. This Manager was immediately condescending to me pointing out that the driver was only a minute late. I decided at that point that we were probably going to have a problem. It was then after another 15 minutes (now over an hour since ordering) that I called back and the Manager continued to tell me that there was nothing he could do because the drivers didn't carry cell phones and there was no way to get a hold of them. Interestingly enough, when the driver DID actually get to my house, he walked up to the door, while pulling out his cell phone that was ringing. His Manager, was on the other end - I found this out because he, the driver, began to tell him exactly where he was - STANDING IN FRONT OF ME - yeah, the customer that he had been lying to.

This alone was not enough. . .I thought I would give your store another shot tonight, however, when I called there to place my order, the employee on the other end of the phone stated that he was not allowed to take my order. What???? It was they that had treated me like garbage and yes, I had been very upset - who's fault was that????

If this isn't the worst case of terrible customer service I have ever experience, I'm sure I can't remember anything worse.

I will NEVER patron another Hungry Howie's again and neither will anyone know and have a chance to sound off about what happened.

What a disgusting business you have on your hands.
