great lunch recently. the open faced crab sandwich is generous and delicious!!They must have a new cook because the food was excellent, the staff was friendly and it was good value for the money. I really liked the potato leek soup. My companions also enjoyed their fare. I will eat there again.
This place was ok at best, on its good days... the waitstaff was not very perceptive and not at all acting like they even wanted me there.
the food was generic and overpriced. the owner was rude and i personally will never go back. they microwave their food, and charge an arm & a leg for it. your paying for the low lights and jazz music, but i go out for good food, not for so-so food and good music.
The lunch menu is uninspired, heavy on items for "ladies who lunch". A couple of bows to the guys: a cheeseburger and an array of pizzas. My daughter's salad was grabbed straight from the bag, dressed with a honey mustard dressing that was more honey mustard than dressing. She chose the leek and potato soup -- okay, but no great shakes and the leeks were quite soggy and colorless. My pasta was on the sticky to the tooth side of al dente, with quite a few mushrooms and very little chicken. The cream sauce was so-so. We hoped to salvage the meal with dessert, but none of the three selections sounded even vaguely tempting. I looked at the dinner menu at lunch and thought dinner might be worth a try, but the menu is similar to those of Anchorage's better restaurants and is priced about 1/3 higher. I think I'd choose one of those well-known restaurants before taking a chance dining here.

this is a wonderful restraunt
they've got class and style
the live music was great and the food was incredible... the lighting is low and sets off a very romantic feel, the staff is very helpful and attentive.
thanks, i 'll be back there soon
