We went to the Village Inn for lunch with a group of 6 (plus 2 children). Two of the meals we ordered had been forgotten and we had to place our order again. After talking to the manager, she offered us a free desert. In the end we passed up the desert and she gave us our drinks for free, but there was no apology. I walked away with the feeling that they just didn't care. As for the food, it was OK but nothing great. The Pasty was tasty but the club sandwich was horrible. Next time I'm on the island, I'll find a better restaurant.
