  we went to Nowaks Tavern on friday, steak rolls[less then 10 bucks and highly recommended] wife had spaghetti,she loved it.The bill was19 bucks,we found a jem.

  Great little back room for parties: Nadine is so nice and helpful for arranging small parties for birthdays or whatever. This is a small (50 or less) old fashioned tavern with great food drawing locals. We know that they have been short staffed lately but Bonnie has been great thru it all. Never once has she lost her cool when it has been busy beyond belief. The food is great here and the service is the best. My menu choice is the roast beef aside from the wonderful fish. Keep up the great work.

  Last Friday I ate at an incredible little tavern called Nowaks Tavern. We started out with the homemade pirogies as an appetizer. Our waitress was a delightful woman by the name of Bonnie. She was just too sweet to the kids and the rest of my family. After the pirogies we ordered fish and a wonderful Garlic shrimp. Bonnie again was there to refill all of our drinks and our other needs. If you were asked to ever suggest a nice place to eat Nowaks would be at the top of my list.

  My family came here to eat. We ordered fish fry's all around. Our server was a pleasant lady by the name of Bonnie. She served us quickly and accurately. Service was with a smile the whole time and the food was just great. I would suggest that if you want a good fish fry I suggest Nowaks Tavern any day.

  I recently dined in at Nowak's Tavern in Sloan, NY. I ordered Spaghetti, and it was the best plate of spaghetti I've ever had in my life. The waitresses were amazingly polite too. My waitress I had was named Nadine. She was such a sweetheart to me and my family. This restaraunt definetly had a family atmosphere to it. I would without a doubt go in to that place again to eat. I'd eat there everyday if I could. I Defintely give this restaraunt a 5-star rating!!!!
