    Zacatecas Puts the M in Mexican Food!

    Zacatecas offers truly one the of the best Mexican food dining experiences around.

    The tortillas are always served fresh and warm and their colorado red sauce is so good - it is making me salivate just right this review!

    Their pork dishes such as the Carnitas are INCREDIBLE as they slow cook and marinate the pork to perfection.

    My only complaint is that they need to expand their dining room area as it's quite cramped with tables and if you go during the peak lunch hour - be prepared to wait 5-10 minutes to find a table.

    But it is well worth the wait!
