I go to Texas Roadhouse AT LEAST once a month. I always sit at the bar. Excellent service, My 8 and 9 year olds love it. The food is always perfect and the atmosphere is laid back and easy. The Dallas Filet is the ultimate steak and comes with all the fixins..
I have turned a lot of people on to this place. You wont regret the vist.

The Texas Roadhouse is always a favorite dine-out destination for our family, at least two to three times per month. This chain knows how to do steaks the right way and we've NEVER had a bad dinner at any Texas Roadhouse over the last ten years. The Lansing establishment is no different; always good, attentive service by extremely friendly personnel, bar drinks done right and, of course, the food selections are perfect. It's all in the knowing how to order, what to order and having "meetable" expectations from a chain steakhouse. We're constant customers and will continue to dine at Texas Roadhouse on a semi-monthly basis.

I have been a regular at Texas Roadhouse since it has opened and it is my favorite resturaunt in town. The service is always pretty good and the food very good. Any of the grilled steak is a good choice, I prefer either the sirloin or T-bone, it is seasoned perfectly. The only bad thing I can say is that they play country music, but it is played at a low volume and you typically can't hear it, also this place is very busy, if you go much after 5 you will be waiting awhile, often over a half hour.

Sporatic Service written by Sparty

My wife and I went to Texas Roadhouse on a Monday expecting small crowds and good service.
Well, we got the small crowds.
We were greeted and promptly seated.
Then we waited.
After 5 minutes someone came by and said I will be right with you folks.
After 7 more minutes we left.
According to my wife, the bus person was hovering the table and was already cleaning it when we left.
As we walked out the hostess, who had just seated us, thanked us for coming in.
On a slow Monday I felt the hostess should have remembered us and known something was wrong when we left so quickly.

We received a $25 credit from the manger in the mail after I complained on the corporate web site.
Tonight the service was top notch.
Joe our server was right on the ball.
Our meals came with mixed vegetables.
I am not sure how they were prepared but they looked and tasted like rubber.
Joe replaced them with another batch of veggies.
These were only a little better.
My ribs were hot with plenty of meat.
