Excellent prompt service. The lunch menu draws from classic amerciana along with certain mediterannean influences. TJ Charlies has a very quiet homey atmosphere. The burgers and fries are a personal favorite. The best of what a Mom and pop restaurant can offer, located just a few steps from the water.
