  Good, Cheap Pho

  The food here is good and cheap. The pho is pretty good and the sandwiches are good as well. The rice dishes are mediocre. We've been here about 15 times in 3 years. Like most pho places, the service isn't on par with most restaurants, so expect to order, get your food, and then get up & pay. One tip: "Saigon Sally" gets flustered when you split your bill. Just pay for the whole party.
