  I love the fact that this little known place has the best food in town. The restaurant itself is small but the service is friendly and fast. I like how the family is always there and the food is consistently awesome. I always take my friends there so they can step out of the box (ie: Applebees, and Chili's etc.) Two thumbs up in my book.

  We've been patronizing Modesto Sukiyaki for 20 years. Not fancy but just like eating at home with mom and pop. Figure on fast and friendly service with food consistently cooked to perfection. Our favorites are the chicken teriyaki and tempura. Vegetarian or fried shrimp sushi is an absolute delight. Highly recommended.
