  I absolutely love eating at the Picasso Cafe for lunch. They make the perfect sandwiches, salads, and they have the best potato soup! The people working are so nice and friendly. Every time I have been in there the owner is working and he is extremely polite you can tell them he appreciates you coming. The place is always clean and it's somewhere you can go and sit down and eat for $7.
