  I met some colleges at the O.M. last week for a small, informal meeting. What better way than over beakfast! It was my first time at the Omelette Shoppe and I was kind of excited to see what all the fuss was about. Well it did not let me down. Food was awsome! I have never seen a omelette that looked so fresh and tasted even better. I believe it only took less than 5mins from order to delivery of our breakfasts. Before we even had a chance to start discussing or buisness or plates were cleared and drinks refilled. Also there was a manager named Matt I believe that stopped by the table twice to make sure our dinning experiance was going good. Well it was. These omelettes are on of a kind. And so was the service!!!!!
