    Kokiyo's is delicious. The menu can be real cheap or under 10$ range, depending on your choices. The service is adequate, with only a language barrier serving as deterrant. Friendly, small town atmosphere.... good times. The site is a sorta hole-in-the-wall, right next to Starbuck's in St. Johns so was kinda wary at first, but after getting inside and used to the cafeteria-style ordering that seems so popular among ethnic restaurants in Portland, we very easily settled in to enjoy the delicious noodles and rice meals we had. So many choices for meat eaters, but a bit limited in vegetarian options.
