  Poor Customer serivce w/ a side of Cockroach

  Some colleagues and I ate there for lunch, one of them found a hair in her soup and sent it back. At the end of the meal we noticed a cockroach crawling across another plate. They tried to charge us for the meal we sent back- and didn't even apologize about the roach- the waitress basically accused us of planting it there. Needless to say we will never go back. I don't see how they are even in business with that kind of poor customer service.
