    Billy's Theta burger is the best in town, no doubt. I think its better than Johnnie's #9. Frankly, the line is long, but the food prep is assembly-line fashion and the turnout very quick considering they host over 250 orders in a typical lunch, so I'm told. Great bang-for-the-buck, and fun for a group of employees.
