    Awful customer service

    The customer service from this particular location is horrible. I have been mis quoted delivery times on two seperate occasions and when I called to check the status I am told they would be there any minute and pizza still doesnt come for at least 15 or more minutes longer. Manager unwilling to work w/ customer, only wanting to refund delivery charge which is not sufficient for 1 hr and 30 min wait that was originally quoted 40-45 min. Manager would rather send pizza back and lose business. No coupons, credits or apologies offered, just a "take it or leave it" attitude. Great pizza but no customer service whatsoever from this location.
