I had a business lunch at the Ringside and it was GREAT. The burger was to die for. The service was great, very prompt and helpful. Since then, I've visited for happy hour as well. The patio is great during nice weather. I would definitely recommend stopping in if you are in the area.
This place was amazing. It is a historic political bar tucked away in an alley behind the state house. It still has the original stain glass windows featuring a donkey and elephant. The food was great, the service was great and most importantly the experience was great. I certainly recommend this place to anyone who wants a small time bar atmosphere in a sophisticated downtown setting

I was at the Rhodes Tower and walked down the side and saw several restaurants. I went here and I wish I had not-the food was terrible (I had the hamburger)and it came luke warm! The waitress who was not busy acted like I wasn't there. I ate, paid my bill (with no tip) and will never return.
" I asked for my hamburger to be well done-it wasn't... "
