I dined in the wyoming Michigan location.The service was slow It took 30 min for our sampler which was cold when it finally arived.(not suposed to be) Server never asked how everything was.I had to go to the bar to get drink refills.Never got asked.I heard it was good but as a restaurant manager I wouldn't recomend this on my worst enemy.This sucks because it could be a great location in the future.Good concept poor managment.If thier was a managerI never saw one.

i've eaten there a few times and had really slow service once. i've only ordered the dip sampler and i like the variety and taste. i take friends and we share dips. one friend ordered a sandwich and said it was good. it wouldn't be a place for a romantic dinner or special occasion, but it's nice for variety and something unique.

Kansas City has the tools to thrill anyone's palette. My friends and i went for the drinks one Friday night. Our cocktails included a rainbow of fishbowl drinks and clever shots recommended by the bartender. Needing some finger food we dipped into a sundried tomato spread with pita, rye and cucumbers. The atmosphere was fun, the bar upbeat, and the prices reasonable. Kansas City will continue to be one of my Kalamazoo dining locations.

Service& Food is Terrible written by angrycustomer

I ordered some kind of burger with barbecue sauce and it meat was not well done at all I asked for the meat to be well done and it was gushing with blood. I had a horrible experience with the waitress I think that she was on some kind of drug or something. The place was not professional at all. I would not ever return for another visit, it took forever to recieve our food and drinks. The kitchen manager appeared very dingy, and nasty, he appeared as if he was on something too. It was just the worst dining experience I have ever had. They honestly need a new kitchen manager. I don't know how the restuarant in Kalamazoo is but the one in Grand Rapids is Horrible, Something needs to change perhaps a new manager or something because the place is being run like a zoo.

Wonderful food and great fishbowl drinks. My food was cooked to perfection and the manager goes out of her way to greet you and make sure everything is as expected. Their varied menu with the sampler platter of "dipping sauces"
is always tasteful!! If there is a complaint it has to do with the acoustics--it does get loud.
