  Typically, I use the drive through window for this location and the service is good. I placed an order for catering over the phone and found the manager to be helpful and he was great about looking to id any coupons which would help as well. Overall, a really good experience and the costs were very reasonable.

  Awful Drive-Thru Service

  The last 2 times I have visited this location, it has taken me over 15 minutes to get through the drive-thru. The first time, there was only one car ahead of me to place an order. The last time there were three cars. Both times, I did not get the impression that the window server realized there was a problem (cars were backed out onto to the street the last time). When I made a comment on Wednesday about the "slow service", the guy just laughed. I don't know if it is lack of training or there are not enough people working but in my opinion, this location has a terrible attitude toward customer service and efficiency. When I got home, the potato wedges were not completely cooked...YUCK. Based on these experiences, why should I go back to Lee's Famous Recipe?
