This place has everything I look for in a restaurant - quality, value, accessability, promptness, and variety.
I eat here as often as once per week. Everyone I have brought here has loved it too. Comments frequently include "Best eggroll I ever ate" or "amazing egg drop - not thick and nasty".
My personal favorite is the appetizer platter with a cauldron of blue fire, and the hot jazmine tea.

I am an asian food junky! The egg drop soup here is beyond authentic - excellent cantonese - mandarin cuisine. I'm now addicted to this place and have tried almost evreything by now and will be back for more!! The ambiance and atmosphere was romantic, the lighting is a little dark - but perfect for couples.

I ate here on a Sunday night, so there weren't very many people in the restaurant. The building has more of a traditional chinese appearance/atmosphere, but with no one in the restaurant it felt a little uninviting. The service was fairly prompt but not very friendly. On the positive side, the food was good and came in very generous portions. And the price was very reasonable. I'd come back to try some of their other dishes.

Their food is good, but I'm still looking for the "best" Chinese in the area. I've enjoyed all my meals at House of Hsu.
Their sesame chicken (what I judge a Chinese restaraunt by) is decent and I enjoy their wonton soup, but didn't care for their crab rangoons/crab cheese.
