  wicked waitress

  I have been a loyal and steady custome at the airport hwy. location for 13 years. Two weeks ago I went there for lunch, I went to the mens room to wash my hands before eating and could not believe the condtion of the restroom. I carefully washed my hands ( sink was dirty and in state of repair) went to grap a towel, none. When I got to my table I told the waitress there were no towels and she told me she was not suprised and to use my shirt to dry my hands. I wasn't happy about that comment, she served us our drinks, the fountain drink machine was broken and should not have been served! Her response to this was this all we have take it or leave it we chose to leave. She nasty said fine and grabbed or menu and off she went no I'm sorry nothing.I will never return to this place. You need to clean and manage your establishment. It's all about customer service Charlie not about money you lost a loyal customer.

  We go everyday for coffee friends, family and buisness assoc.We usually only have coffee two of the waitress' were rude enough to yell at one of our party about not giving good enough tips or no tips. First of all when you spend 1.20 on coffee 20 % of that is .26 but this is not enough of a tip the worst part about it is that when we have the extra we will leave a better tip then they refuse to bring us refills, cream, serving utensils, or even ice water. I understand that most wait staff work very hard for their money but I have never in my life had two waitress' yell at me about a tip. Then when I go to pay after having been yelled at with a few choice names she through my card at me and the pen. This is not a place that I will ever recommend to buisness assoc. I used to tell people to go there for the food well its not worth the hassle or the type of treatment you receive from these two waitress who also threaten to do things to your food.
