Restaurant Reviews of Honey Tree
Something Special written by

We ate, with friends, at the Honey Tree on 33326 Plymouth Rd., Livonia, several years ago for the first time. At that time they had a vegetarian stew on the menu. As I am a vegetarian, I gave it a try. It was delicious. As time went on, the demand for the stew was such that it was eventually dropped from the menu. Too many customers want meat. I teased the owner, Jad, about it not being available and he told me to give him a call a couple of days before and he would have it for me. I have been doing so ever since. I usually get a couple of orders to take with me at the same time.
You won't find many restaurants that will do that for you. Jad and the Honey Tree are Something Special.

We stopped at the Honey Tree (33326 Plymouth Road, Livonia, MI; not Farmington MI) around 7pm after a Tigers game. The food was very good, the prices reasonable, and the waitress genuinely friendly and attentive to our needs. We will visit again on our way home to Grand Rapids. I am just adding this sentence because the review must be a minimum of 50 words.
