Ended up at this quaint mexican restaurant, after being discouraged at the crowds at two other popular joints. We got right in. Started out with the best Margarita I've had in years. The salsa wasn't gringonized (wimpy). I ordered the enchiladas plate which came with mole. I was a little concerned when it arrived, but was blown away. My husband couldn't keep his fork off my plate. Everyone there seemed to be pleased with the "secret" in Old Colorado Springs on West Colorado Blvd. on your way to Amanda's Fonda. La Unica is La UNO in the Springs!
