  The food is great, especially the cinimon breadsticks. We have had food for take out and dine in. The pizza was great and the service was speedy and friendly. Plus they have a good location right between Saginaw and Oakland. Yummm. I defiantly recommend it to everyone who likes pizza.

  THe service at this placed was terrible. We had called in a lunch order and were told the food would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived about 10-12 minutes later only to endure a 20 minute wait. The manager just sat at a table and read the paper while a very new and naive employee attempted to take orders and provide customer service. What a joke. Never again will I go there plus the food was not that good.

  My co-workers and I ordered dinner from Big Tony's Pizza at aprox 5 pm on a Friday night. We should have know that our experiance would be far from delightful when it took 9 mins to place the order. We had a coupon that we had taken from the website indiating with the purchase of two grinders the third was free. So we orderd a third. While attempting to divide up the change between my co-worker and myself I found that we were over charged. I immediatly called the restaurant and connected to the manager of the facility. When I explained my situation, he explanined that we were indeed charged for the third grinder. So instead of offering our money back he argue with me. He was rude and obviously had no consideration for customer service. By the end of the conversation he hung up on me and told me to never again visit his establishment - like I did something wrong. This is the worst display of lack of customer service I have ever witnessed. I would not reccommend this place to my worst enemy - Not to mention most of the food was not worth the money, other than the cheese bread.
