Restaurant Reviews of Big Boy Restaurant Fenton

Good service, good food written by NSCHMEDLEN

Everything you expect at a Big Boy. I had to write when I saw 2 horrible reviews. We eat here on occasion and I can't think of one bad thing to say. The service has always been superior and the food is good. The salad and buffet bars are always well maintained and kept full.

We went to this Big Boy on our up north. We were greeted and asked how many,we stated 7 for first available she said "we have no room for you" we stated that we could split up and she said "one minute" when she returned she said "we can't help you".As we were leaving we saw three empty booths right together. We feel they were just rude.

the worst service I have ever had in my life written by missysu

My boyfriend and I went out to eat at this restaurant about a year ago and I haven't been back since and probably never will. My boyfriend received burnt toast and I got cold fries. We were waiting for the waitress to get back so he could get same different toast and I was just going to deal with the overpriced cold fries. He finished the rest of his meal and waited for about ten minutes for the waitress to come back and she never came. He had to get up and go find her so he could tell her that he wanted some different toast that wasn't burnt. She then proceeded to tell him that it was not burnt, but in my opinion black means burnt. So she took that back and brought him back some more burnt toast. On the third time, they finally made it right. How hard is it to make toast anyway?
