    Mallards in the tank

    We have eaten at Mallards for years and it has always been a stellar experience with above average to great food and good service. Today the food was way below average, no presentation and very, very sloopy service. The beef tips were chewy, our water/tea glasses went empty and the table was not bused. We had to ask for bread and it came in delapted basket not the duck baskets as in the past. We will not return.
