  I am a father of an autistic 3 year old, When ever we go in we are allways helped out with the best service, My daughter is a little loud some times and they understand because of her autism that its not under her control, Also they make u fell welcome every time, I am suprised and shocked this restaurant has had bad reviews in the past

  I was saddened when the Lyon's on Yokuts and Pacific closed down. Since then, I have gone to the Lyons in Lodi to order their wonderful appetizers. Neither of these two Lyon's had a problem with me substituting the fried cheese and potato wedges (although tasty) with the more healthy, but fried zucchini (which I love). When ordering at this Lyons on W. Benjamin Holt, it was very difficult to get the substitutions I wanted. The waitress and then the manager (female) flat out told me the cook refused to make the substitution. It didn't matter that the manager was not against the substitution and was supposed to be in charge. They finally went round and round about it and the cook finally submitted. This experience has certainly deterred me from returning to this particular Lyons. It has put such a bad taste in my mouth that I have not, in fact, gone back to any. At least not at this point and that has been several, several months ago.

  We stoped at the Lyons #475 in Stockton on our trip from Oregon to soutrern Ca. Our phone charger in our car gave out and before heading south we were hoping to get a little charge on the phone while we ate. When I asked the hosted she got, whom I assumed was the manager. When I asked him he threw both hands up and steped back like I hit him and roodley said we could not do that with no explenation and walked away. If the kids hadn't been starving I would have walked out. The food and the food service was good but the management sucks!That will be my last visit to any Lyon's.
