To my surprise, the food was awful! I have been a regular customer for years. I understand ownership has changed. If your looking for a good meal don't go. If anyone has information on previous owner of Gram's Mission BBQ please post. Looking, Looking,Looking. My Mother was very unsatisfied with her Mothers Day dinner, and diner didn't issue refund

the collards were perfect (if you know collard greens), i had pork loin, homemade macaroni and cheese, corn muffins with sweet butter, broccoli, hotlinks, and roast beef.
for dessert i had a chunk of peach cobbler that gave me flashbacks of summers at Grandma's house. when i got home i passed out and slept for hours. now that's good eatin'!

Great Barbeque written by timnsteph

Wonderful downhome cooking!!! Best barbeque in Riverside. The staff is friendly and will come out to talk and see how everything is going, they were very nice to our 2 boys. There is a Jazz player out on the front patio. We call for take out too. The kids love the chicken.

inconsistant written by anonymous

I have been twice. First time was pretty good. Second time was horrible. My wife received a Jambalia that resembled rice and ketchup, no vegetables or meat at all, she did not tell me until we left or I would have gotten a refund.I do know New Orleans cuisine, being a degreed Chef and having done a seminar with Chef Paul Prudhomme. Never going back.
