  When we left, the owner or manager angrily told us "we made about $5 out of your lunch, but because you took the table for 4 hours, we had lost $50 or more"
  Some more-crowded restaurants around, such as Claim Jumper, Kaisen sushi or China Olive, always politely said thanks.
