My friends & I were at the restuarant on a Sat. night for dinner & to see 50 Amp Fuse. We waited 2 hours for a table & the wait staff was the rudest I've ever encountered. We were finally seated & even then the waitress came up & asked who seated us because she seemed to think that we just seated ourselves. We told her & she said I didn't see her seat you; as if we were lying. I will never be back & either will the other 6 people I was with. No class what-so -ever

Poor service written by anonymous

Stoped in for drinks after the Wings game and was ignored by the staff. after we witnessed the bar staff arguing over who was going to wait on us I got out of my chair and approched a waitress and asked her if we could get served and she replied that they didn't have enough help and we would have to go to the bar for service. I don't mind going to the bar for service but it was poor that not one of the staff would come over and tell us we had to approch they after many minutes of waiting.

Not that impressed written by anonymous

We really liked the atmosphere. I'd go back for the beer and to give the place another try since it's hoppin' before game time. The food we had was substandard. We tried the fried beef tips and all agreed they should either be taken off the menu or just not fried. We didn't even finish them. What a way to ruin beef! The serving of chicken nachos was huge but the chicken was dry and the cheese wasn't really melted. The guacamole was excellent though.

My mom and i ate at Chelis for first time before heading off to the wings game at the joe. The food i thought was great along with fair prices. What is so attractive about this place was the atmosphere. He did a great job with his restaurant and all the hockey MEMBERBILLIA... The only con i seen waas the staff was young and you know how that goes, your on there time. But over all.. this place gets an A++++

Cool Atmosphere and good food written by ttelesz1

I've been here three times and I've gotta say, I completely enjoyed it. The service could have been a little better each time, but this is a busy place. I got the turkey reuben the third time I was there and I cannot wait to go back to get it again!!!! Their chicken Greek salad is absolutely wonderful, too. They also have good beer specials and the hockey memorabilia is intersting to look at. Will be going back this weekend!

A place to avoid. written by jonmche

Went in on a Saturday told there was a half hour wait. We waited for 1 1/2 hours. We ordered 4 meals, Chicken Nachos, Burger and Fries, Fish Sandwiches with Soup and Chili. After order was placed, it was over a half hour til the food was served. The cheese on the chicken nachos was never even melted. The burger was cold and dried out. The Fish sandwiches were cold with unmelted american cheese. The soup was cold and inedible. The food was brought by various different servers. The chili was not served. I told one of the servers to remove it from the bill After the meal when waiting for the check, a server brought the chili. When our waitress brought the bill and I told her what happened all she offered to do was "bag the chili up" for me. She charged me for chili that was brought as dessert! Under no circumstances would I return to this nightmare restaurant!
