The restaurant is a painted a cheery yellow with colorful cloth napkins on each table. The ambiance was cheerful, yet relaxing. Though I don't normally order pizza at a restaurant, I decided to try the La Vegitariana. The pizza arrived fresh and piping hot from the wood-burning pizza oven, which is visible from the dining area. The thin, crispy crust was topped with fresh spinach, mushrooms, zucchini and mozzerella cheese and perfectly sauced. It was definitely the best Euro-style pizza I have eaten in Michigan. Another guest in our party of four ordered the Stinco de Agnello (lanb shank). What a beautiful meal! The meat was so tender, it fell off the bone. The rosemary and garlic used to spice the meat had an amazingly pleasant aroma. The service was perfect. Our waitress was so pleasant and accomodating - we didn't have to wait for a thing and her suggestions were superb. We thoroughly enjoyed the moist, almond flavored Torte Delizia with our freshly brewed, perfectly foamed cappucinos. Caffe' Milano has become our favorite local dinner spot and our first reccomendation to friends.
