Restaurant Reviews of Burger King
Customer called a "bitch" by BK employee written by

Last visited this restaurant on August 05, 2006
At about 3:00p.m. on the 5th of August, my 3 1/2 year old grandson drove through this Burger King to get a frozen coke, a small sprite and 2 regular hamburgs. We were one of two customers, we were second. After paying our $4.10 and receiving our beverages, we watched as our burgers were put in a bag. And we waited and waited for the young man to stop fiddling with his headset. As he and his fellow employees laughed at his antics, we continued to wait. Finally he handed the bag to me and said "Sorry about that." I snatched the bad from him, not very friendly on my part to be sure, and he chastized me for grabbing bag. I said to him, "You people are so rude here!" At that point, this employee said, "Shut-up, Bitch!" I just about fainted when he said this to me and in front of my grandson, no less. I waited for the manager to come to the window and she finally appeared after I held up the take out line. She didn't seem at all stunned to hear what her employee said to me, which he admitted to. He said I deserved it for taking the bag from him in a mad way. I WAS mad. I was under the mistaken belief that this was a fast food place. I shouldn't have to wait while the employees play games on my time. They had plenty of time to do that. There weren't many people inside or outside of the restaurant! I have heard many stories about the terrible service at this particular Burger King but this tops the list. To be verbally abused by that kid for not enjoying his play time is down right criminal. I will tell my story to anyone who'll listen. My grandson has told every one he sees that the Burger King guy called his Grannie a "bad word."
