RUDE WAITER
sunday,2007年5月6日同時進餐我們的經驗是大打折扣. 食物是好的,但跑堂是不可取的,desrepectful,可怕的,不友善,粗暴,未經差客戶服務不好, 態度很差,稀鬆,爛,可憐的,抱歉,可憐. 席間,我們問餐巾,他卻回答了什麼! 當我們結束了我們的飯,我們準備支付的信用卡, 我們走近了另一個跑堂告訴我們的代價並不包括冰山! 我們告訴他們我們離開現金冰山,我嘗試改變,我10元. 他們再次回來,叫我們粗魯和個人的所有問題,但同時要求的冰山! 我們很遺憾地離開了四元. 針尖對一個30元一餐. 這給人們留下一個壞的口味與我們其餘的一天!

Sunday, May 6, 2007 while dining our experience was awful. The food was good but the waiter was undesirable, desrepectful, awful, unfriendly, rude, untrained, poor customer service, bad, poor attitude, lousy, rotten,
pitiful, sorry, and pathetic. During the meal we asked for napkins he replied with What! After we finished our meal, we planned on paying with our credit card, we were approached by another waiter telling us the price we paid does not include a tip! We inform them we were leaving cash tip and I tried to get change for my ten dollars. Again they came back asking us rude and personal question all while demanding a tip!We regretfully left a four dollar tip on a 30 dollar meal. This left a bad taste with us for the rest of the day! -
Buffet Full of Disrespect!
China Buffet isn't new to me and my family until the begining of March.They took us to the table and took our drink orders. Everything was fine until I noticed how a worker blocked us from their extremely close table placements [Your table from the other table are quite close to eachother]. After the worker noticed he was blocking her, it took him 5 seconds to stare at her to finally slowly move out of the way. After recieving our check, we were having a small talk about who was going to pay for the food and tip. We decided to pay with credit card and give them tip with cash. A worker looked right over our shoulder and quickly pointed directly to the 'tip section' of the recipt and said "hey you put tip on here" and we didn't even write anything on the recipt yet. What kind of respect is that?! The worst part was when he walked towards a group of his workers and started talking in their language while looking at me. Yes, all of them were literally staring at us while talking. Ever since when are you REQUIRED to tip them with a credit card and not through cash? I would understand if we left with no tip from the credit card reciept or cash but why do they have to ASSUME we're not tipping?! Talk about greedy disrespectful workers.
When we left tip money on the table. One out of the 5-6 guys who were staring at us ran to our table (while we were still standing next to our table) and grabbed the money, spread the cash to see how much we gave them and literally threw the money back to the table. DON'T THINK HE LITERALLY THREW TH E MONEY? Our tip money was scattered on the table. I wanted to yell at them but what would it do? Nothing because they don't care what you think, they only care about the amount of money you'll give them when you leave. After the worker threw the money, he shouted out to his other workers and they all gave us a bad look. HOW MUCH ARE THEY EXPECTING TIP?! I know most people pay tip based on the tax and the total charge [which we did and then some] but what are we suppose to pay? For HALF the food that they already put away? I don't think so. The worst part was when we were driving out from the plaza. Most of the workers literally had their whole body facing us and 1-2 guys giving us a arm/hand gesture to leave.
I've never wrote any reviews before and I've never experienced anything as bad as this. I wouldn't take my time writing this if it wasn't this serious. When you go there, you will notice how they act around you when your service isn't required. They're ok when you ask for assistance/help but when you're not, they act disrespectful and think they're higher then you.
