    Got to have hot n sour soup

    I love chef choy's because of the great atmosphere and the wonderful food. Even when they are busy it does not seem loud and obnoxious. The service is excellent and the waiters are very attentive. Water filled frequently, your glass will never be empty. They are fairly forgiving when subbing on their family style dinners. The hot and sour soup is one of my favorites, and I don't think I have had anything on the menu I did not enjoy. My husband, a chinese american, loves this place as much as I do.
