  BEWARE, Bad Service, Bad food, Bad Establishment

  My friends and I are frequent customers at Brannigans and we cannot figure out why we continue to go there. We have never walked out without someone having to send their meal back. I guess if you can get past the ditsy unattentive servers and bartenders who clearly don't even care to be there. I think it is disgusting that when they clearly bring you the wrong order they give you attitude like your the stupid one. And if you can get past that hopefully you can get past the fact that the food is always cold or your order is always messed up or it takes 2 hrs to get a sandwhich then you'll love this place! Well the straw finally broke the camels back, and we will not be returning there! It seems as though they are making changes and have hired new staff that are even more ignorant then what they had! They don't know the menus, they are even more rude than the other employees, and I swear the one we had the other day hasn't showered in a month, she smelled so bad I completely lost my appetite!

  OK Service & Food at Brannigan Brothers

  I went to Brannigan Brothers around 7:30pm on a Wednesday night to get dinner with several friends. The service was friendly and attentive (before it got busy). I ordered a salad, and I'm pretty sure I was given the wrong salad (it perfectly matched another item on the menu), but the waitress politely insisted it was the right one. It was ok for chicken salad, but still wasn't what I had ordered. My friend ordered a specific drink that was on their menu, but they were out of it. As the place got busier, our service became less and less frequent, until it seemed that we were sitting forever with empty glasses. It also happened to be Coyote Ugly night, so no one could order a water (seems dumb to make it harder for people to be designated drivers).
  
  I would not recommend Brannigan Brothers unless someone is just looking for a loud, crowded, run-of-the-mill bar/club.

  Awesome place, beware of the male bartenders!

  I am a regular of Brannigans. I am a Cooley Law student and my friends and I love Brannigans, except for the few times we have been their when their are male bartenders. They are the slowest bartenders I have ever had. The last time I had gone in for lunch on a Wednesday the male bartender working was very unattentive and actually disappeared for a while and returned only to be too busy stocking the bar to notice we needed assistance.

  I want to write a good review of this restaurant because I do enjoy going there. Unfortunately, the service is very hit or miss. Their food is good, but most of the waitresses are unattentive, not friendly and clueless as to most items on the menu. I was specifically disappointed because most of the times I go there to eat, I'm one of few people in the bar.
  
  I highly recommend if you're just going to drink. If you're looking for food, beware of the service.
