  Service not worth mediocre food.

  Tokyo Rice Bowl is the only take out chinese place near our home. The food is fine- nothing special. The restaurant itself looks pretty grimey. The service, however, has made us not frequent the restaurant any more. On more than one occasion we have called and ordered take-out, arrived 30-45 minutes later when told (which is insanely long for take-out), and our food had been forgotten and not even started! Recently we went to pick up food and the man who owns the restaurant told us curtly that our food wasn't ready. When we asked how long it would take he told us that one dish had been started but shrugged when asked how long before the other dish was ready and rudely told us we shouldn't wait before disappearing into the kitchen with a dismissive shrug.
