Last visited this restaurant on October 21, 2007
While on a week-end getaway with my grown children (18 +) I decided to take them out for breakfast on our last morning away.
When we arrived we were greeted promptly and got seated within 5 minutes. After ordering our food, we waited 48 minutes for our food. I realize there was 7 of us in our party but they weren't that busy!
We had to flag the waitress down for refills on our drinks as she never came back. When she brought our drink refills,she explained the regular cook had just had a baby and they were doing the best they could with the cooks they had but our food would be right out. 15 minutes later, when we did get our meals, our french toast (three seperate orders) was undercooked, the french fries were cold, the onion rings were not cooked completely, and the chicken tenders were raw in the middle. When we left the restaurant I told the Manager of our experience, his exact words were "Oh, thats too bad" and he walked away. I was so disgusted with the whole experience, although our visit was only this morning, I have told everyone I have talked to of our experience. What business owners need to realize is a happy customer will tell one person,, but a unhappy one will tell a hundred!
