DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I had the unfortunate opportunity to try this establishment due to a work dinner. As soon as I walked in to this restaurant (at 6:30pm on a Tue), I knew something was not quite right with this place. There was not a single person there except our party of 20 and the staff. We were there until 8:30pm and not another person arrived during our stay.
Now the food. A person next to me ordered the T-Bone steak, and it came out with the grayish color as if boiled. He said it was like chewing leather. I had the half rack of ribs. I started with the vegetable soup that wasn't bad just a little to much pepper in it. When the ribs arrived, they looked good. Then it went down hill from there. The ribs were flavorless. They tasted like they were boiled to death and then slapped with BBQ sauce. There was no smoky flavor in the meat, and were very chewy like they were micro waved to heat it up. Go to your local grocery store and buy the Lloyds BBQ ribs and cook them, they will be much better than Not-So-OK Corral's.
Next the prices. Like I stated, I had the HALF rack of ribs. That was $20. With a soda, my bill came to $28.00. A 10 oz steak started at $20 and goes up from there. Another person ordered the dried leathery chicken breast that was also $20. She sent it back and decided to skip ordering anything else. There was not a single person in our party that was impressed with their meals. Don't make the mistake believing this was a onetime occurrence. When the restaurant is EMPTY from 6:30pm-8:30pm this should raise anyone's red flag. STAY AWAY!
