  Our first meal in our new hometown

  My husband and I, on our very first night upon moving to Spokane Valley, WA, chose to eat at Scotty's Bar & Grill. Let me tell you - after a big move from central California to eastern Washington, this was a great place for our first meal! It was a Tuesday night, it wasn't overly loud in there, the service was great and the food was excellent! I had seafood alfredo and my husband had a steak. His steak was cooked as requested, no blood right at medium. (He's ordered that other places and gotten a little bloody in the center, which he doesn't like). Here, it was cooked to perfection as he'd requested, and my seafood alfredo - they didn't skimp out on seafood at all! There was plenty of shrimp and clams and crab, and it was oh-so-good! We were both very satisfied! They also had good beer on tap (Blue Moon) and the waitress was friendly and we were always attended to in a timely manner, even when it got busy as the night went on. We are always understanding of a little slower service when it is busy, but she did an excellent job even with the busy night! Prices weren't too bad either, in fact were pretty good considering how much food and how good it was! We each had two beers, and our entrees, and I think it came to just under $50 before tip.
