Part of a larger chain, the Prosser version of El Caporal is an anchor for downtown dining. The cuisine is Mexican somewhat adapted to North American tastes. The staff is knowledgeable, the service is quick, and there is usually a good crowd for lunch and dinner. They also do a very good job on take-out (we've had the super nachos several times). We have eaten there several times through the years and have always been well treated. The manu has expanded to include more seafood dishes.
