Because this restaurant has been in Seattle for such a long time, it manages to hold a prime location in Pike Place Market. Too bad.
When we went, we had to get angry before we received the mediocre, at best, service.
Having been to Bolivia, I can say that this is a poor translation of Bolivian cuisine. They seem to think the "gringos" are too dumb to notice that they are serving non-Bolivian foods like beans and rice dishes. My suggestion is to find some Bolivian recipes online or buy a Bolivian cookbook. Even your worst attempt at Bolivian cuisine will be better than the Copacabana Cafe.
