Worst restaraunt I have ever been to!!! written by

The service was horrendous!!! It took fifteen minutes for the drinks to arrive, the waitress was rarely seen and when asked for something, she had a horrible attitude. It took an hour after the food was ordered for it too arrive. The food was actually not that bad but the terrible service and the disorganization of the location was terrible and totally tainted the experience. I would not recommend this restaruant, and I am going to discourage anyone I know to not frequent the locations.

Our first visit was wonderful, so we decided to take friends back later on that week. What a mistake. Our beers took 15 minutes to reach the table, our appetizers 40 minutes, then 30 more minutes for dinner to arrive. The prime rib on our first visit was red and beautiful. This time it was obviously reheated on the grill, as well as the baked potatoes. My scallop pasta had tiny bits and pieces of what used to be scallops floating in a bowl of too much sauce and not enough pasta. Missing were the broccoli, leeks, and bacon as stated on the menu. Our server was full of ridiculous excuses as to why everything was wrong with our experience (the bartender was talking, so she couldn't get your beer, I don't know the computer system, I'm ususally the bartender, etc.). Five other tables had come and gone before we received our dinners. Other tables around us were complaining of the overdone prime rib special. When I asked to speak to the manager, the hostess and other waitress had a lost look on their face, and suggested that I talk to the bartender to see if she can help. I'd sure love to know what happened to the restaurant we visited the first time.
