Bad experience at Wendy's written by oldtimecustomer

The food was cold
The service was lousy (could't keep the order straight)
The staff were not friendly and unprofessional and acted annoyed that their "cutting up & tom-foolery" behind the counter was interruped by a customer.
This is certainly not what Dave Thomas envisioned for his chain. I will not go back and am reporting this place to the corporate office.

Drive thru at Wendy's written by sunshine05

I was at the drive thru and the employee that was on line fixing the hamburgers left her place with out removing her gloves. Te whole entire time I am waiting on my drinks she put her hands in her pockets with the same gloves on, rubbed her hands against the wall, scratched her head and then proceeded back on line to pull out the hamburger buns with those same gloves on. That was just nasty and I told her managerand she act like she didn't care. I am not going back there again just plain nasty.
