Ordering food with ghetto phone order takers (employees) is a major turn off. I placed an order and was rudely spoken to, then once I asked to speak to a manager the tone of the order taker changed quickly; but was not accepted on my end of the telephone. Employees should secret shop their own stores; and they will quickly determine how to change poor customer service skills; to appreciated customer service skills. If this happens then it would be a crowd waiting to dine; regardless of the long wait as long as it doesn't exceed an hour; and the service would show that it is too far above poor quality.
