I have eaten at Spice Town 3 times. I enjoy their pizza but never really had to deal with their customer service. I recently ordered a pizza off of their webite. The special said "Medium pizza the way you want it" I wanted a meat lover's pizza and I ordered it. I was willing to pay the extra 2.50 for what is already an expensive pizza for the extra toppings. If you read the coupon it does say extra toppings will cost more. It doesn't however say how many toppings come with the special. Then they proceed to call me and say that the coupon calls for no extra toppings clearly not what is allowed on the website. They then try to invalidate the coupon. I told them to cancel my order then. The person on the phone gets the manager who speaks English so poorly it is almost impossible to understand him. He says he will make the pizza like I ordered it but "next time it cost extra." Well technically I am already paying extra and the difference was about $3. So for that small amount of money not only have they lost my business but those of my friends who ask me where to eat. I hope they think this kind of customer service is worth it.
