This is one of my favorite places to eat. The food is consistently great...no matter what you order! My favorites are the beef pho, the pork chops, and the vietnamese steak cubes (to die for). The service is friendly and screaming FAST! Pho Bistro is also clean and the decor is modern and tastefully done. This restaurant is a real gem.
